How do I mint HK2B?

After onboarding and compliance approval, submit an issuance request on our website with the desired HK2B amount.

Are there any issuance fees?

Fees may apply for minting HK2B and they are clearly disclosed:

• During the issuance process before you confirm the issuance request.
• In the Fee table in our official website.

What information do I need to submit a HK2B issuance request?

The information below is needed before you can submit an HK2B issuance request

• You need to successfully register a bank account on our platform. This confirms where your fund (HKD) will be originated and transferred to us.
• You need to successfully register a blockchain wallet address on our platform. This confirms where you will receive your stablecoin.
• You need to specify the Exact HKD amount to transfer (including the amount of HK2B you need + any fees), this will be clearly displayed on our platform before you confirm your issuance request. If the amount of HKD you transfer to us does not match the amount you originally specified in your issuance request, the order may reject and we may need to return the transferred HKD back to you.

Will there be any confirmation or notification sent to me after I submit my HK2B issuance request?

Once the fund you transfer to us matched your submitted HK2B issuance request, we will:

• Send a client notification email to acknowledge your HK2B issuance request, with details including:

• the intended amount of HK2B to be issued,
  • the amount of fees in HKD to be collected,
  • the date and time we acknowledge your issuance request,
  • the bank account (partially masked for security reasons) which you transfer your funds (HKD) to us,
  • the wallet address (partially masked for security reasons) you are going to receive your HK2B stablecoins,
  • Your account ID,
  • A reference ID for the transaction.
  • How do I know if my HK2B issuance request is completed?

Once your issuance request is completed, we will

• Transfer the specified HK2B stablecoin to your registered blockchain wallet address
• The Issuance Request status in the transaction history will be changed to “ISSUANCE COMPLETED”
• Send a client notification email to acknowledge your HK2B issuance request, with details including:
  • the amount of HK2B issued,
  • the amount of fees in HKD to be collected,
  • the date and time we completed the issuance,
  • the bank account (partially masked for security reasons) which you transfer your funds (HKD) to us,
  • the wallet address (partially masked for security reasons) you are going to receive your HK2B stablecoins,
  • Your account ID,
  • A reference ID for the transaction.
